Simone, 32, and Viviana, 31, entered the competition with a mission: to redefine Italian cuisine. They were determined to move beyond traditional dishes like bolognese and carbonara, introducing fresh, innovative flavours that showcased their creativity.
Their efforts paid off spectacularly, as they consistently impressed both the judges and their fellow contestants.
The duo’s journey wasn’t without its challenges. Early in the competition, they faced a setback with a disappointing dessert during their first Instant Restaurant round. However, instead of being discouraged, Simone and Viviana used this experience as motivation to improve.

In their final Instant Restaurant round, Simone and Viviana delivered a menu that left everyone in awe. Their standout dish—a prawn and potato ravioli—earned high praise from judge Manu Feildel, who declared it one of the best dishes he had ever tasted on the show.

The judges awarded them an astonishing 104 out of 110 points, setting a new record for the highest Instant Restaurant score in MKR history.
